Caitlin McKennie, CSI’s Director of Research, will present on Colorado’s rapidly evolving electricity sector and what it means for consumers, businesses, and the state’s economy. Her remarks will highlight how proposed energy transitions, while driven by innovation and climate targets, could significantly affect the cost and reliability of Colorado’s power supply. This discussion will help community leaders and policymakers consider how to balance emissions goals with affordability and infrastructure realities. She will also give an overview and key points of the recent report on highway maintence, "Highway Detours: The Ongoing Shift of Transportation Dollars".
