On Tuesday we are at the Rawhide Energy Station north of Wellington. (see below for dress code)
If you have not signed up and wish to join us (only a couple spots left) here is the registration link:
 Please plan to arrive between 11:00-11:10.  We will have lunch, a presentation by PRPA and a tour.  We will be done by 1:00.  It is a good 35-40 min drive from the Marriott, so plan accordingly.
 
Here is what we received from PRPA:
 
SAFETY AND SECURITY GUIDELINES Required clothing and safety items Rawhide is an operating facility, and everyone’s safety is our number one priority. Attendees who are not wearing appropriate attire will not be allowed on the tour.
 Sturdy shoes are required (tennis shoes acceptable). No sandals, open-toed or light-weight fabric shoes.
 Long pants are required. No shorts, skirts or capris.
 Full tops are required. No tank tops, sleeveless or crop tops.
 Hard hats, safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided and required to be worn during the tour.
 
Plant considerations
 Tour route involves climbing stairs and walking on open-grated, metal flooring.
 Equipment with an electromagnetic field may be present.
 Temperatures within the plant can reach approximately 80°F.
 All members of the group are required to remain with their tour guide(s) at all times.
 
Not allowed inside the plant
 Photographs, unless otherwise granted permission.
 Purses, bags or backpacks will be safe left in the room where the group convenes for the tour.
 Firearms or other weapons; law enforcement officers are exempt.
 
Security access
 All tour group members 16 years of age or older must have a photo ID.
 Only those members listed on the attendees list will be allowed to participate in the tour.
 All vehicles must stop at the main gate (even if the gate is up), pick up the phone and announce their arrival to the security officer, then proceed to the security guardhouse.
 All vehicles must stop and check in at the security guard station to obtain a visitor badge for each tour member.
 Parking will be directed by the security officer.
 Upon leaving, tour group members/vehicles must stop at the security guardhouse to check out and turn in all visitor badges.
 All persons, vehicles and baggage are subject to search at any time.
 
Changing of the Guard Party
July 8th, 5:30-7:30
To be held at the Fossil Lake Ranch Clubhouse - 6022 Brookwater Lane
There is no charge, but it helps to know how many are attending for ordering food & drink.   Spouses/significant others are invited.  We currently have over 50 people registered!

If you want to serve alcohol, check IDs etc. for the Peach Festival, please sign up for Safe Serve, a Fort Collins Police Department run class. Only $10, takes two hours and no test.
Here is the link for FCPD Safe Serve! Pass along that the course is taught at the Mason Street FCPD location.
