Win's Memorial Service will be on Saturday, January 25th, 1:00 at First United Methodist Church (Elizabeth & Stover).

Great presentation this week from Officer O'Laughlin discussing current gang issuess in northern Colorado.

We have a very interesting presentation this week. Our speaker on Tuesday is:

Mike Davis: Lincoln Electric Automation

Mike Davis will give a background and summary on what Lincoln Electric Automation does in Fort Collins and on a global basis (Lincoln Electric is a small part of a larger entity). He will talk about the local company history, how many and what type of folks we employ and will give some examples of the type of projects we do here.

Please note: The next two weeks, the money from Fines will go to our Marriott wait staff. I am so proud of the generosity of our club!

We are still looking for our next host family for Louise. We have not had a host family from our club in a long while, so if you are interested please let Deems, Lisa or me know.

Our Foothills Rotary Holiday Dinner Party is this Thursday Dec. 12^th 5:00-8:00 at the Fort Collins Country Club: 1920 Country Club Road. Cost is $30.00 per person. Cash or checks (made out to Foothills Rotary Club) can be given to Jan or Patty before Tuesday Dec. 10^th.

Lisa Dunne is still looking for a few more drivers to distribute the Holiday Food Baskets.

Supporting Single Parents in Need with $5,000 Sponsorship

The 2024 Foothills Rotary Pickleball Classic was held at The Picklr in Loveland to benefit Project Self Sufficiency, a nonprofit empowering single parents with education and career development. Big O Tires supported the event with a $5,000 sponsorship.

“It was so much fun to see so much support on the courts,” said Jim Lautzenheiser, Owner of Big O Tires Fort Collins. “It was even more satisfying to see so many businesses come together to help single parents meet the needs of their families.”

Duck Race Raised $20,000!
