Wow....what a fun Foothills Holiday Party last light! Thank you to Patty Hemmen & Rich Cress for organizing.

We have two events today:

1) Rotary Book Club at Hunan's (next to Red Robin on Harmony & Boardwalk), 11:30-1:00 (more info below).

2) Holiday Food Basket Organization at the Food Bank of Larimer County at 2:00-4:00. Address is: 5706 Wright Drive, Loveland 80538

Saturday is the Food Distribution. We are short on folks to deliver. If you can help, please contact Lisa Dunne at 210-313-4403. Please arrive at 8:30am.

At our meeting on Tuesday (last until Jan 7th), we will have a special treat with music provided by Artie Bavoso and Bill Smith followed by our presentation by:

Gregory Dix who will discuss Broadcom Operations in Fort Collins

Broadcom Inc. is an American multinational designer, developer, manufacturer, and global supplier of a wide range of semiconductor and infrastructure software products. Broadcom's product offerings serve the data center, networking, software, broadband, wireless, storage, and industrial markets. Broadcom lineage has been a part of the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado community since 1962 and is thriving today. The talk will give an overview of the history of the company and how it is making an impact in technology around the world today.

Tuesday, the money from Fines will go to our Marriott wait staff. I am so proud of the generosity of our club! Please bring cash as we will be bringing the staff in on Tuesday to give them their gift.

Win Schendel's Memorial Service will be on Saturday, January 25th, 1:00 at First United Methodist Church (Elizabeth & Stover).

Supporting Single Parents in Need with $5,000 Sponsorship

The 2024 Foothills Rotary Pickleball Classic was held at The Picklr in Loveland to benefit Project Self Sufficiency, a nonprofit empowering single parents with education and career development. Big O Tires supported the event with a $5,000 sponsorship.

“It was so much fun to see so much support on the courts,” said Jim Lautzenheiser, Owner of Big O Tires Fort Collins. “It was even more satisfying to see so many businesses come together to help single parents meet the needs of their families.”

Duck Race Raised $20,000!

Thank you to all who heped make our 1st Annual Fort Collins Duck race such a great success!

Exchange Students at Global Village Museum

On Weds, Nov. 20, three exchange students will be giving a program about their home countries at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures.
