Teacher of the Month CommitteePurpose: To recognize one teacher from the PSD each month through the course of the school year. The PSD establishes the schedule and the school nominates the teacher. The committee is responsible for coordination between the school and the Club and evaluating each teacher in order select one from those hosted to be the Club’s nominee for Rotary’s Teacher of the Year. Chairperson: Rich Laub Meeting Times / Time Commitment: Twice per year - 15 to 20 mins. each (August for kickoff, May for wrap up and nominee selection) plus each month during meeting to listen and evaluate teacher during teacher of the month segment scheduled for first Tuesday of month, plus shared duties for hosting/introducing teachers during this meeting segment. (4-5 hrs per yr)
