Planning Calendar:
Members Financial Responsibility:
- Membership dues are due 30 days after billing date.
- If dues are not paid within 6 weeks of billing, the President will contact the member to agree on a date by which the past due amount will be paid.
- If dues are not paid within 10 weeks, a letter will be sent summarizing the payment agreed upon and advise that the payment has not been received.
- A 2nd call will be made to determine if and when payment will be made.
- At this time the President will determine if more time will be given, or if a termination recommendation should be brought to the Board of Directors.
- If the Board moves to terminate membership for non-payment, the President will notify the member that their membership was "terminated not in good standing" for failing to meet their financial obligation.
- Terminated members have 30 days to fulfill their financial obligation and be re-instated, or if the intention is to leave the Club, have their status changed to "resigned in good standing".
Leave of Absence Policy:
With Board approval, a member may request a leave of absence for no less than 3 month and no more than 12 months. The leave time frame will begin with the start of the fiscal quarter following approval of the request. While on leave, the member must pay the Community Service assessment of $35 and the Foothills Charitable Foundation assessment of $25 and one third of the RI dues amount (currently $60), for a total of $120 for the quarter.
