Ron Maulsby

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder. I have always loved athletics, just about anything you can name. From the time I was a youngster, I dreamed about playing basketball for the University of Colorado. That dream came true and I played on CU’s last Big 8 championship team in 1969. After graduation in 1971, I migrated to southern California where I found my career, education, and my wife, Sue. We were married in 1976 and ended up in Fort Collins with Poudre School District that same year. I have enjoyed 31 years with the district as a teacher, elementary principal and assistant superintendent. Since retiring from the district in July 2007, I have been selling homes with The Group, Inc. I am very much enjoying this career change. It is an exciting and challenging time to be selling real estate in northern Colorado.

Sue and I have two grown children. Our daughter, Brooke, is a consultant for Sprint, and our son, Reid, does IT work for Advanced Energy. He and his wife have given us our first granddaughter. Gwyneth is 7 months old and has down syndrome. She is absolutely adorable. We couldn’t be more blessed.

I love spending time with my family, working out, playing golf and spending time with good friends.
