GSE (Group Study Exchange):MISSION: Long term goals are to continue coordinating group study exchanges to foreign countries. This consists of selecting outstanding young business people from ages 25 to 40 to go on a 4-6 week study every year. This promotes the international spirit of Rotary. This year's goals are to organize a group to study in Brazil, and this committee has already selected a young business person. Our candidate is on the waiting list to go out on the exchange. We have a GSE group that will be here in May or June from Brazil. Bill's involved with arranging host families while GSE's are here in the US. Chairperson: Ron Maulsby MEETINGS: Presently this is a one person committee, so there is no organized meeting time. It would be ideal to have another Foothills Rotarian assist with this committee. There is no need for a formal meeting time of a small committee. It would require only a little coordination during interview time. TIME COMMITMENT - Five to 10 hours per year, mostly during the interview process.
