How do I blast an email to all members?

Sometimes it is necessary to notify all our club members at once about an item of widespread interest. Using the following procedure will ensure that any replies to your message will be sent directly back to you.

Here is how you do it.

  1. Log into the website by entering your username and password into the Login Form
  2. Select email Blast to Member Groups from the menu
  3. Select the destination group from the list (typically "All Members")
  4. Enter the subject of your message in the Subject box
  5. Type your message into the Message box
  6. Click on the Send Email button at the bottom of the page

if you would like to include an attachment such as a pdf file or a spreadsheet, click on the Browse button at the right of the Attach a File box and locate the attachment file on your computer. Your attachment file will be uploaded and included with your message.

For advanced users, you can use html coding in your message by checking the Send in HTML mode box.
