Purpose:

• Facilitate internal club communications
• Pursue opportunities to externalize the message of Rotary in general, and our club in particular

Meetings: No regularly scheduled meetings, we meet as needed, about four times per year.

Time Commitment: Each member of the committee has a responsibility as follows:

• RotoReader weekly newsletter, 4 hours/month
• Website maintenance, time varies

Opportunities for Service: The most significant need of the Public Relations Committee is information and ideas that will allow it to deliver against the committee's purpose. Much of this information comes from the Board of Directors and committee members, but every club member is encouraged to submit items of potential interest to his/her peers.
