Jeffrey Doran
Jeff is a Partner with Realtec Inc - Fort Collins. He has been with Realtec for 4 years. The primary markets he focuses on are Property Investments, Industrial Building, and the Office segment. Realtec has five offices - Fort Collins - main office and downtown, Loveland, Greeley, and Denver. Jeff has over twenty-five years experience in real estate management, sales / marketing, and strategic planning. He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and also holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado. He is completing his CCIM certification. Jeff moved to Colorado Springs over twenty years ago - where he went to graduate school. He has lived in the Cherry Creek area in Denver, and Parker following college. He married his high school sweetheart - Brenda. They met in the first grade - Brenda being the " Iowa farm girl" and Jeff being the "city kid". They grew up in a small town in northwest Iowa named Everly. They have been married for eightteen years. Together, they have two daughters - Aubrey (12) and Hannah (10). They enjoy Colorado and everything it offers: terrific weather, golf, swimming, CSU sporting events and various other sports. They have two family dogs - Elvis and Roy.
