Ambassadorial Scholarship:Purpose: Currently this is a quad-club function with the aim being to select and tutor one candidate to represent each of the four Rotary clubs in the Fort Collins area. Chairperson: Kris Binard Meeting times/ Time commitment: Representatives from each of the four clubs meet in February/March to interview prospective nominees, typically on a Saturday morning. There are phone calls throughout the winter to organize and schedule application notice distribution, collection and review. Tutoring may be by phone or in person with the purpose being to educate the nominees about Rotary in general, the Rotary District selection process and what the nominees should expect at the district interviews.
